Carrie talks with Kevin Hale about all things “Thistle” including our amazing artists and the Cape Breton tradition, along with its intersections with the baroque era and 18c Montana.
June 22 at 11am – “High Places 2026”
Carrie is joined by Bozeman-raised artists, composer Athena Carson and dancer Genevieve Trygstad-Burke. They’ll talk about Athena’s newly composed piece for the peaks, play other recent compositions by Athena, and discuss how not to fall off the top of a mountain while dancing. Carrie will play Athena’s piece, “Ascent,” live on air.
